Job Description
1. Operational support to the Director
- Manage the calendar travel arrangements (international trips) reservations and logistical preparations.
- Coordinate operational alignment points with local teams (e.g. supply chain finance HR) ensuring the translation of needs and decisions.
- Monitor operational KPIs (e.g. delivery times processing rates logistics costs) and prepare summaries for the Director.
- Participate in performance reviews helping to structure data and draft conclusions.
2. Administrative & project management
- Manage internal processes related to the Directors office (approvals operating budget supplier management).
- Support the implementation of cross-functional projects (e.g. digitization flow optimization) facilitating communication between multilingual teams.
- Be the point of contact for urgent or sensitive administrative issues (e.g. compliance operational risks).
Job Requirement
Languages:
- Mandarin Chinese (native or C1/C2 level)
- French (fluent minimum C1 level ideally native or bilingual)
- English (fluent minimum C1 level essential for international exchanges)
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years as an executive assistant in a multinational environment (preferably in the logistics e-commerce or tech sector) preferred.
- Proven experience in simultaneous or consecutive translation in a professional setting preferred.
Technical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (advanced Excel PowerPoint Outlook) and ideally project management tools (Jira Asana Trello).
- Ability to analyze operational data (KPIs dashboards).

- Keen sense of diplomacy and interpersonal skills.
