The Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join our team and play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations within our this role you will be responsible for maintaining customer relationships managing workshop schedules overseeing parts procurement and handling various administrative tasks. If you are organized have strong communication skills and enjoy working in a dynamic environment we want to hear from you!

Your Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries manage bookings and ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Support daily workshop operations by coordinating services repairs and inspections.
• Oversee procurement ordering and inventory management of parts tools and workshop equipment.
• Process quotes payments job cards and invoices while maintaining accurate financial records.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements by uploading data to VicRoads and completing defect clearance letters.
• Maintain a welcoming customer waiting area and contribute to depot social events.

What You Bring

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in data management and experience with systems like Business Central.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in parts procurement and inventory management.
