RESPONSIBILITIES & SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES

Payroll & compliance: Own endtoend payroll delivery for assigned EMEA countries with main focuns on Poland ensuring accurate and timely processing in close partnership with Finance. This includes preparation review and approval of monthly payroll under the supervision of the Senior Manager HR Operations EMEA full Social Security responsibility for Poland (registrations reporting inspections) and implementation of payroll updates driven by legislative changes.

Benefits allowances & data administration: Manage insured benefits across assigned countries including affiliations terminations employee data updates invoice verification annual renewals and support for new benefit plan implementations with the Total Rewards team ensuring correct payroll and benefitinkind processing. Oversee the administration and compliance of allowances (e.g. housing schooling internet car wash) and follow up on insurance claims where no company plan is in place.

Absence management: Fully manage absence processes for assigned countries ensuring legal entitlement accuracy correct payroll reporting and uptodate records in myProtime. Act as the point of contact for all absencerelated employee queries (maternity paternity sickness special leave) and handle the related administration.

Stakeholder support & reporting: Serve as the key contact for payroll and benefits inquiries from employees line managers HRBPs and Finance. Regularly assess EMEA reporting needs and proactively propose improvements or new solutions.

Process improvement & projects: Maintain document and update HR Operations procedures for assigned countries; provide recommendations on HR operational improvements; participate in biweekly EMEA team meetings; and manage unplanned or adhoc payroll and benefits projects within the assigned EMEA scope.

KEY POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:

Minimum Bachelors degree or equalized through experience

Experience and knowledge:

Minimum 3 years HR experience with payroll and benefits administration within polish market.

Knowledge of Polish labor law and any other EMEA employment legislation is an asset

Languages: fluent in Polish & English. Any other European language is an asset.

PC Literate: advanced knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel) knowledge of a time management system is a plus.

Experience working with various degrees of sophistication of enterprise HR information systems and literacy and agility to learn new such systems

Personal Skills & Competencies:

Strong verbal and written communication skills / ability to communicate at all levels and functions within Ansell and external suppliers.
