ABOUT THE ROLE

Were looking for an Inventory Integrity Lead to drive our Global Stocktake this role you will own and protect the integrity of inventory across the business by leading a robust scalable and worldclass global stocktake program. This role provides strategic leadership across stores and Distribution Centres ensuring stocktake outcomes are accurate wellgoverned and aligned to both operational and financial requirements as the business continues to grow and evolve.

You will be accountable for setting the global stocktake framework embedding strong controls and driving continuous improvement to ensure the program remains agile efficient and resilient in a changing risk and operating environment. Partnering closely with key stakeholders including Finance Supply Chain Distribution Centres and External Auditors you will provide confidence in stocktake execution results release reporting and audit outcomes. With a strong focus on data quality compliance and cost management this role plays a critical part in supporting sound decisionmaking risk management and longterm business performance.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Previous experience in a similar role (e.g. leading stocktake programs and inventory management)

Strong understanding of retail inventory and stocktake process

Ability to set direction and think strategically across a global or multi-country environment

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret inventory results and trends

Ability to communicate clearly with senior leaders auditors and cross-functional partners

Experience influencing outcomes and building trusted relationships across teams

Financial acumen including understanding of budgets costs and financial impacts
