About the role
The Principal Portfolio Delivery Manager plays a critical leadership role in overseeing the successful delivery of a portfolio of strategic transformation programs across the organisation.
Working closely with Program Managers senior leaders and executives you will guide delivery at a portfolio level balancing value risk and capacity while ensuring strong governance and visibility of progress benefits and issues. You will also play a key role in identifying and managing cross-program dependencies risks and opportunities enabling informed and timely decision-making.
Leading a team of Program and Project Managers you will foster a high-performance collaborative culture ensuring teams are supported aligned and focused on delivering outcomes that drive meaningful enterprise-wide impact.
About the Team
This role sits within the Enterprise Transformation division which is responsible for delivering TACs most significant strategic and transformation initiatives. The division brings together business digital change and delivery expertise to enable sustainable enterprise-wide outcomes that optimise client experience employee experience and community impact.

Portfolio Delivery & Governance Expert
You bring extensive experience managing complex program portfolios within large-scale transformation environments. You have strong expertise in portfolio governance performance reporting and benefits realisation with the ability to provide a clear consolidated view of progress risks and outcomes to support executive decision-making.
Strategic Leader & Decision Maker
You are a strategic thinker with strong judgement able to balance competing priorities and make informed trade-offs between value risk and capacity. You have a proven ability to manage interdependencies across multiple programs optimise resource allocation and ensure alignment to enterprise priorities.
Collaborative Influencer & People Leader
You build strong relationships across executive business and delivery teams influencing outcomes through collaboration and clear communication. You are an experienced people leader who develops high-performing teams fosters accountability and creates a culture of continuous improvement and shared success.
