Title: Senior Help Desk System Analyst IT Support & End-User Services
Location: Onsite - Atlanta GA
Duration: Contract Full-Time 13-Month Contract
Job Description: We are hiring an experienced Help Desk System Analyst (IT Support Analyst / Desktop Support Engineer) to deliver technical support across Windows 11 Active Directory and Microsoft O365 environments. This is a hands-on onsite help desk role requiring proven end-user support expertise across hardware software networking and cloud-connected systems.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Resolve technical support tickets for Windows 11 Active Directory Microsoft O365 VPN RDP and network connectivity issues
Provide in-person and remote end-user support for hardware software and Microsoft Teams IP phone systems
Manage password resets PST file operations and Exchange Admin tasks across the organization
Use PowerShell scripting to troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical issues
Support security and identity tools including OKTA and Crowdstrike for authentication and endpoint protection
Document prioritize and track issues to resolution using ticketing systems; collaborate with IT teams on enterprise-wide operations
Assist users with AWS and SharePoint environments; deliver high-quality customer service via phone email and face-to-face
