Title: Senior Help Desk System Analyst IT Support & End-User Services
Location: Onsite - Atlanta GA
Duration: Contract Full-Time 13-Month Contract
Job Description: We are hiring an experienced Help Desk System Analyst (IT Support Analyst / Desktop Support Engineer) to deliver technical support across Windows 11 Active Directory and Microsoft O365 environments. This is a hands-on onsite help desk role requiring proven end-user support expertise across hardware software networking and cloud-connected systems.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Resolve technical support tickets for Windows 11 Active Directory Microsoft O365 VPN RDP and network connectivity issues
- Provide in-person and remote end-user support for hardware software and Microsoft Teams IP phone systems
- Manage password resets PST file operations and Exchange Admin tasks across the organization
- Use PowerShell scripting to troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical issues
- Support security and identity tools including OKTA and Crowdstrike for authentication and endpoint protection
- Document prioritize and track issues to resolution using ticketing systems; collaborate with IT teams on enterprise-wide operations
- Assist users with AWS and SharePoint environments; deliver high-quality customer service via phone email and face-to-face
