Job Summary

Job Description: Telematics Engineer
Location: Plano Texas
Duration: contract

Primary

Experience in automotive Telematics ECU / Connected Car
Deep Automotive Domain knowledge.
Strong hands on experience with Telematics Specifications Architecture and Design.
Deep knowledge of Telematics Platform services preferably on Life Cycle Manager/Power Manager Health Manager etc.
Deep knowledge on Automotive communication protocols on Mqtt CAN and Automotive Ethernet.
Experience working with OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers.
Excellent technical writing and stakeholder communication skills

Preferred

Experience with Japanese OEMs
Knowledge of understanding the Linux platform capabilities to reuse and design the Telematics platform services.
Knowledge of eCall / ERA GLONASS / UNECE R155/R156
Familiarity with requirements tools (Jama DOORS Polarion)
