Job Summary:
The EEG Technician is responsible for performing electroencephalogram (EEG) procedures in both an ambulatory clinic setting and the hospital. This includes covering 24-hour call for the hospital shared amongst the team. The role requires proficiency in EEG techniques and the ability to work variable 12-hour shifts including on-call responsibilities.

Location:Anchorage Alaska United States
Responsibilities:
- Perform EEG procedures in the ambulatory clinic and hospital settings.
- Cover 24-hour call for the hospital sharing responsibilities with the team.
- Maintain and clean EEG equipment.
- Document patient information and test results accurately.
- Adhere to facility policies and procedures.

Required Skills & Certifications:
- BLS certification
- REEGT certification
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an EEG Technician
- Proficiency in EEG techniques

Special Considerations:
- On-call responsibilities required approximately 1 weekend per month.
- Clinician can be called off for 1 11-hour shift per 2 weeks.

Scheduling:
- 3x12 variable shifts.
- Ambulatory clinic hours are Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm.
- 24-hour call coverage for the hospital 365 days a year shared among the team.
- Guaranteed 60 hours per 2 weeks.
