Contribute to micro front-end architecture and native/module federation strategies
Design System & Standards
Help maintain and extend a shared design system and UI component library
Contribute to layout interaction patterns and visual refinement to uphold interface quality
Partner with designers to ensure accurate faithful implementation of design intent
Collaboration & Process
Provide front-end support across multiple development teams and projects simultaneously
Work closely with designers developers and stakeholders to solve problems with a user-first mindset
Troubleshoot issues and drive ongoing front-end performance improvements
Identify opportunities to use AI-assisted tools to improve development workflows and productivity

Proven experience as a Front-End Developer building modern web applications
Deep hands-on expertise with Angular and TypeScript
Strong command of SCSS/CSS architecture theming and scalable component styling
Solid understanding of ADA accessibility requirements and accessible development practices
Experience building responsive cross-browser compatible interfaces for mobile and desktop
Experience working in both Agile (Azure) and ad-hoc workflows

Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tool
Enterprise environment experience with evolving priorities and varied project scopes
Work Environment
This role is part of an emerging UIUX design team with real opportunities to help shape the experience of Court applications. We value adaptability craftsmanship and a genuine care for the end-user experience.
Other Terms & Conditions:
Must be able to work in U.S. without requiring sponsorship.
Contractor must pass the Courts security background check prior to commencing work and any purchase order issued for the work order will be canceled if the contractor is not cleared.
