Job Summary

Blanchard Valley Urology Associates part of Blanchard Valley Health System is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant with urology or gynecology experience to join a high-volume collaborative urology practice in Findlay Ohio offering flexible scheduling no call advanced clinical technology and long-term professional growth within a nationally recognized nonprofit health system.

Job Description
The Physician Assistant will provide direct urologic care in a primarily outpatient setting while collaborating closely with urologists and clinical staff. Responsibilities include:
Evaluating and managing new and established urology patients
Providing outpatient clinical care with 15 20 patients per day
Performing pre-operative and post-operative assessments and follow-up visits
Assisting with patient education regarding procedures medications and treatment plans
Supporting physicians with clinic workflow and procedural preparation
Conducting occasional inpatient hospital rounding (no call responsibilities)
Documenting patient encounters using Cerner / Oracle Health EMR
Utilizing AI-assisted clinical documentation tools
Participating in continuous learning within a fast-paced urology environment
Adhering to BVHS quality safety and compliance standards
Not accepting visa candidates
Must be available full time
Not accepting new graduate candidates - experience required
Not accepting Locums providers

Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive Salary Range: $120000 $140000 annually

Board Certified (NCCPA) PA - REQUIRED
