Job Title: Help Desk System Analyst

Location: Atlanta GA (Onsite)

Experience: 3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

Resolve support tickets related to Windows 11 Active Directory O365 VPN and RDP
Troubleshoot network hardware software and IP phone issues (Microsoft Teams)
Perform password resets and assist with Exchange Admin tasks
Provide remote and onsite user support
Use ticketing systems to track and document issues
Support tools like PowerShell OKTA Crowdstrike AWS and SharePoint

Required Skills:

3 years of help desk/technical support experience
Strong knowledge of Windows 11 Active Directory and Microsoft O365
Experience with VPN RDP and network troubleshooting

Preferred:

Certifications like CompTIA A or Microsoft certifications
Familiarity with OKTA Crowdstrike AWS and SharePoint
