Job Summary

Cash Application Analyst:

Process daily cash transactions (lockbox checks wire transfers ACH deposits)
Apply customer payments accurately in the system
Handle customer refunds and resolve payment-related queries
Reconcile customer accounts and general ledger entries
Investigate and resolve unapplied or unidentified cash
Perform write-offs reversals and offsets as per company policy
Coordinate with banks finance teams and internal stakeholders
Support month-end financial activities within timelines.

Shift Details

Shift Timing: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate (Any Degree)

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel Word PPT)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Knowledge of Oracle / NetSuite ERP is a plus
