A respected and growing consultancy is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its Brisbane team.

The Role
Working closely with the Brisbane Director you will deliver Quantity Surveying services across a diverse range of sectors while taking on increasing responsibility as the business grows.
You Will Be Involved In
- Client advisory and stakeholder management
- Site visits and client meetings
- Cost planning and cost analysis
- Procurement and tender documentation
- Bills of quantities and budget preparation
- Financial reviews and lifecycle costing
- Cash flow forecasting
- Assisting with business development where appropriate
About You
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
- Experience across multiple sectors such as commercial residential aviation retail or similiar
- CostX experience
- Strong communication and commercial acumen
- Keen to take ownership and progress your career
