Compliance Executive

Key Responsibilities As:

Virtual CFO:

Financial Planning & Reporting: Act as a Virtual CFO for international clients with subsidiaries in India overseeing budgeting cash flow management financial planning and financial reporting in line with Indian regulations.

Incorporation & Structuring: Assist foreign clients in setting up operations in India including company incorporation structuring and necessary regulatory registrations (e.g. GST TAN PAN).

Entry Strategy Advisory: Advise clients on appropriate market entry strategies such as joint ventures subsidiaries branch offices and liaison offices in India.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with Indian tax laws FEMA (Foreign Exchange Management Act) the Companies Act and other relevant Indian regulations.

Coordination & Compliance: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of bookkeeping payroll statutory filings and regulatory reporting.

Government Liaison: Act as a point of contact between clients and government bodies/regulatory authorities for approvals and documentation.

Financial Reporting & Insights: Prepare and present accurate financial reports Management Information Systems (MIS) and strategic insights to clients offering guidance on financial performance and growth strategies.

Transaction Advisory: Provide transaction advisory support including valuations due diligence financial modeling and strategic advice for mergers acquisitions and investment decisions.

ClientRelationship Management:Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients ensuring their financial needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

Client Advisory:Deliver timely and accurate advice to clients on a wide range of financial matters.

Team Leadership & Development:Lead mentor and manage junior team members delegating tasks efficiently and ensuring their professional development.

Performance Monitoring:Monitor the performance of the team and ensure that deadlines are met with high-quality deliverables.

Skills and Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in finance preferably with expertise in providing CFO services to international clients corporate structuring and financial compliance.

Previous experience working with international clients is a must.

Technical Skills:

In-depth understanding of Indian tax laws FEMA and the Companies Act.

Experience in financial modelling budgeting forecasting and cash flow management.

Knowledge of Indian regulatory filings accounting standards and corporate governance.

Strong communication and presentation skills to interact effectively with clients and regulatory bodies.

Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize workloads efficiently.

Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage a team.
