Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Solution Owner / Integration Engineer (m/f) to join our Digital For Operation department based in Toulouse.
You will join the Digital for Operation department the cornerstone of our industrial transformation. Within this department our goal is to simplify streamline prioritize and unlock the full potential of the latest digital technologies for the benefit of our operations.

Your challenges:
Translate shop-floor operational needs into End-to-End (E2E) Supply Chain and Demand processes within the SAP architecture.
Act as a content authority to enforce the Fit-to-Standard approach (minimizing customization) and resolve roadblocks between processes and digital tools.
Structure complex issues into actionable Epics and influence deployment priorities
Distill complex SAP logic into clear business-driven visualizations to secure buy-in from senior stakeholders.
Facilitate collaboration between Information Management (IM) and production sites to ensure the effective delivery of business value.
Your boarding pass:
Background in Computer Science Manufacturing Engineering or Logistics.
Minimum of 5 years experience in complex highly regulated industries such as Aerospace Automotive or Defense.
Proven expertise (5 years) in ERP deployment with advanced knowledge of SAP modules (ideally S/4HANA).
A Connector mindset with the ability to navigate SAFe/Agile methodologies strong change management leadership and a talent for finding compromises.
Fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in French and/or German is a significant advantage.
