Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic candidate to Head our Retail Banking team in Lagos.
Responsibilities Include:
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell banking products and services
- Provide overall leadership and continually enhance team performance in various areas to achieve quality customer service delivery.
- Drive business growth and achieve set revenue quality risks assets and deposit mobilization targets through effective relationship management.
- Customer acquisition
- Proper onboarding of new customer (funding account linking of ATM card and onboard on Mobile Application)
- Developing new relationships and managing existing ones
- Daily engagement with customers for deposit mobilization
- Salary accounts acquisition
- Booking of quality loans
- POS terminal deployment and driving of collection.
- Relationship management with all customers of the Bank
- Delivery of excellent customer services to customers
- Preparation of weekly and monthly performance review documents
- Responsible for managing the team members (Account officers and DSA)

- Bachelors degree in Business Finance or related field
- Proven experience in personal banking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- In-depth knowledge of banking products and services
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Confidence and proficiency in personal banking operations
- Proven track record of successful client relationship management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
