Job Title: Delivery & Project Manager (Operations) Work Hours: Monday to Friday 1:30 PM 10:30 PM IST Location: Kochi (Work from Home)
We are building a high-performance accounting and tax delivery engine serving U.S. clientsand we are looking for a Delivery Manager who will take complete ownership of execution.
This is NOT a coordination role.
This is a command center role responsible for:
Managing timelines
Allocating work
Ensuring deadlines are never missed
Driving accountability across teams

Key Responsibilities
Project & Delivery Management
Maintain a centralized project tracker for all clients
Assign tasks deadlines and owners
Ensure zero missed deadlines
Capacity Planning
Monitor team workload vs availability
Balance work distribution across team members
Prevent both overload and idle capacity
SLA Management
Enforce turnaround timelines for:
Bookkeeping
Tax returns
Payroll
Cross-Team Coordination
Coordinate between accounting tax payroll and client service teams
Ensure smooth workflow across departments
Reporting & Communication
Run delivery meetings
Maintain dashboards for: Work status Delays Utilization
Requirements
Must have
36 years experience in:
Operations / Delivery Management
BPO / KPO / Accounting firm operations
Strong experience in:
SLA management
Capacity planning
MIS / reporting KPI tracking
