About the Role
Coordinators provide a complete service to meet activity quality & service standards by performing tasks in line with established duties list and standards within the Support Service Service Department. They are responsible for the day to day operations of the department.
Lead and direct all areas within Support Services
Daily staff replacement and maintain all data based staff rostering systems
Ensure all documentation and procedures are maintained to abide by Food safety Standards and programs
Collect and collate all inpatient menus and data input into inpatient menu system
Oversee the daily food service centralised system and participate in meal plating
Ensure all internal audits for cleaning food food surveys are completed monthly
Classifications for this position will be Coordinator: GN1 ($73502 per annum pro rata)
Your Contribution
Food Safety Supervisor Certificate HLTFSE005 & HLTFSE007
Previous experience in a similar role
Current PSA Certificate or equivalent
Previous experience in a commercial cook chill kitchen
Previous experience in an Aged Care environment
A valid Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check or willing to obtain
