Key Responsibilities:

Collect clean and manage large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity
Analyse financial data to identify trends anomalies and actionable insights
Develop dashboards and reports to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders
Collaborate with finance IT and other departments to deliver data-driven solutions
Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance data efficiency
Stay current with industry trends tools and best practices in data analytics

Job Experience and Skills Required:
Education:

Bachelors degree in Data Science Statistics Finance Economics Computer Science or a related field
Relevant postgraduate qualification or certification is advantageous

Experience:

35 years experience in a data analysis role within the finance industry

Technical Skills:

Strong proficiency in SQL Python R and advanced Excel
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
Familiarity with financial systems and databases Skills & Competencies:

Strong analytical thinking with high attention to detail
Ability to interpret complex datasets and present insights clearly
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organisational and time management abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
High level of integrity and ethical standards
