People Partner

As a People Partner youll collaborate with Wixs employees and managers as well as our HR peers to play a key role in maintaining our unique culture while continuing to grow and develop the company and our people. We do HR the Wix way always focusing on people keeping experiences personalized and staying connected to our business goals.

• Offer comprehensive HR support to Wix employees and managers

• Actively contribute to maintaining and promoting Wixs unique culture

• Apply problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle employee relations and organizational matters

• Manage multiple projects HR processes and initiatives simultaneously

• Identify opportunities to integrate AI into day-to-day HR work (e.g. analysis content creation employee insights) while maintaining a strong human judgment lens

• Partner with managers to navigate the evolving AI-driven work environment including role changes skills development and team effectiveness 

Qualifications :

• 2-4 years of HR experience in a fast-paced high-tech environment

• Genuine curiosity about people and team dynamics with an ability to understand and navigate interpersonal relationships effectively

• Exceptional communication skills: clear direct and capable of fostering transparency and open dialogue within the organization

• Resilience and adaptability in managing challenges in a fast-paced environment

• Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time

• Comfortable thriving in dynamic ever-changing settings

• Strong curiosity and openness to using AI tools to improve efficiency and quality of work

• Understanding of how AI is impacting roles skills and team dynamics (advantage)
