HR Business Partner

We are looking for an HR Business Partner to support our Tech departmentsacross Israel and EMEA while also contributing to regional HR initiativeswithin Israel. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a commercialfast-paced environment and is eager to build deeper business partnering capability whilecollaborating closely with experienced HR leadership. You will partner with managers andemployees provide hands-on HR guidance and support people-related initiatives thatenable performance engagement and organizational effectiveness.

We arent looking for a traditional HRBP. We want a partner who views AI and automation as the ultimate leverage for HR. You dont need to be a data scientist but you should be someone who reads about LLMs experiments with productivity tools and dreams of an HR department where technology handles the routine so people can handle the exceptional!

To thrive in this role youll need:

• Approx. 3 years of experience in an HR generalist or HR Business Partner role in a Hi-tech company ideally within a fast-paced commercial environment.
• Experience working with R&D departments. Experience working with Product management departments is an advantage.
• Employee relations exposure and practical understanding of HR policies and processes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build credibility across cultures and geographies.
• Comfort working in a dynamic matrixed multi-country organisation.
• A pragmatic solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to balance autonomy and appropriate escalation.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Experience supporting or partnering with sales or client-facing teams is advantageous.

How youll make an impact:

• Act as a key HR partner working closely with managers and employees to enable performance engagement and effective people practices.
• Provide hands-on HR guidance and act as a trusted first point of contact for
• managers and employees on policies processes and day-to-day people matters within a fast-moving commercial environment.
• Support managers on performance management employee engagement reward discussions absence management and employee queries ensuring consistency and sound judgement.
• Contribute to regional HR activities across Israel and across Tech departments maintaining awareness of local employee relations considerations emerging themes and people-related priorities while escalating complex matters appropriately.
• Support employee relations processes by preparing documentation coordinating discussions tracking actions and assisting with the fair and consistent resolution of employee matters.
• Partner closely with the HR Shared Service Centre to ensure smooth delivery of HR operations maintaining accurate documentation records and trackers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Admin and IT teams to support office initiatives onboarding and local operational needs.
• Continuously build knowledge of regional HR practices employment considerations and business dynamics taking increasing ownership of responsibilities as experience grows.
