Job Summary
Are you a dynamic and motivated individual looking to gain hands-on experience in human resources We are looking for a talented HR Executive to join our team at Quantazone.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Source candidates from job portals LinkedIn social media referrals and other relevant platforms.
2. Manage end-to-end recruitment for all roles.
3. Conduct initial screening schedule and conduct interviews.
4. Plan and conduct training sessions for sales candidates.
5. Ensure smooth coordination from interview to onboarding.
6. Plan and execute effective employee engagement activities.
7. Build and maintain strong candidate relationships to ensure a great candidate experience.
8. Meet weekly/monthly hiring goals and contribute to recruitment targets.
Other Requirements:
1. Passing year:or 2027.
2. Proven experience in recruitment and training preferably in hiring for sales roles.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong sourcing and screening ability using multiple platforms.
5. Energetic proactive and results-driven mindset.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
