Network Engineer Lead

Contribute to the design implementation and maintenance of the organizations complex network infrastructure as part of defined service activities
Interface with relevant stakeholders and technical domains to ensure continuity and consistency of network operations
Provide technical expertise and advisory support aligned with the organizations digital transformation initiatives
Perform the planning configuration and optimization of network devices including routers switches firewalls and wireless access points
Analyze network performance identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to enhance network efficiency
Produce and maintain network documentation policies and procedures to support consistent and reliable network operations
Ensure the availability security and scalability of the organizations network infrastructure through defined service outputs
Deploy and maintain network monitoring and management tools to proactively detect analyze and resolve incidents
Deliver technical assistance and knowledge transfer on network-related matters to authorized users and stakeholders

Qualifications :

• Advanced academic background in Computer Science Information Technology or a related technical domain
• Extensive expertise in network engineering with a comprehensive command of network protocols technologies and best practices
• Demonstrated capability in configuring and troubleshooting complex network devices and systems
• Proven analytical approach to identifying root causes and implementing sustainable resolutions for network-related issues
• Certified Network Engineer or equivalent industry-recognized certifications
• Documented record of delivering network engineering projects and technical initiatives
• Structured communication and coordination capability to operate effectively within multi-domain technical environments
