Regulatory Documentation Specialist

As a Regulatory Documentation Specialist based at Jealotts Hill UK you will play a key role in keeping Syngentas global crop protection portfolio moving ensuring the accurate timely preparation and delivery of regulatory certificates and support manufacturing source strategy implementation that markets depend on. Your work connects science to the world.
Accountabilities:
Co-ordinate the preparation of regulatory certificates to support global product registrations
Support global source change projects by ensuring timely documentation updates compliance alignment and crossfunctional coordination.
Gather compile and structure regulatory information to enable effective decision-making across global teams
Collaborate with Global Regulatory Managers and Supply Chain to resolve country-level documentation issues
Leverage Microsoft 365 tools and AI-assisted platforms to improve documentation workflows and reduce manual effort
Contribute to improving the efficiency and effectiveness of digital solutions for data management process optimization and knowledge management.
Qualifications :
Required Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience preparing or managing documentation in a regulatory compliance or related professional environment
Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver accurate timely outputs under pressure
Well developed communication skills
Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word Excel PowerPoint Teams SharePoint Smartsheet) with genuine appetite for digital tools and automation
Established track record of collaborating effectively within remote cross-functional geographically distributed teams
University degree or equivalent professional qualification
Desired Qualifications:
Familiarity with crop protection or agrochemical regulatory processes
Experience with data management systems or process automation tools
Practical experience with generative AI or AI-assisted productivity platforms

Jealotts Hill International Research Centre UK is situated in pleasant semi-rural surroundings between Bracknell and Maidenhead and is the place of work for approximately 800 Syngenta scientists and support staff. Jealotts Hill is one of the main global research and development sites and key activities include research into discovery of new active ingredients new formulation technologies product safety and technical support of our product range.
