Job Summary
The Senior Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for designing implementing and maintaining complex IT infrastructure including servers networks storage and Azure cloud environments.
This role ensures system performance security and availability by troubleshooting issues managing upgrades and supporting backup and disaster recovery processes.
The position also provides technical guidance collaborates with internal teams and vendors and drives continuous improvement of infrastructure systems.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Computer Engineering or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in systems engineering and IT support.
- Strong experience with Linux-based systems installation configuration and maintenance.
- Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure: servers networks (LAN/WAN) storage and cloud environments (Azure preferred).
- Experience with system upgrades backups disaster recovery and security configurations.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced and high-pressure environments.
- Experience working with vendors third-party providers and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work independently.
Preferred:
- Relevant certifications such as Cisco (CCIE) Microsoft (MCSE) or similar.
