Medical Representative Porto

As a Medical Representative you will play a vital role in driving business growth while positioning our portfolio as a trusted choice within the healthcare community. You will be responsible for delivering commercial success across your territory by achieving sales objectives strengthening product positioning and building long-term partnerships with healthcare professionals. Your impact goes beyond salesyou shape perception trust and value.

What Youll Do

• Design and execute smart territory plans ensuring optimal coverage and frequency of target clients
• Deliver impactful insight-driven product presentations that lead to recommendation and prescription
• Build strong trust-based relationships with clinicians pharmacists and key stakeholders
• Continuously adapt your approach by understanding customer needs and market dynamics
• Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities to strengthen our positioning
• Maintain accurate and timely reporting translating insights into actionable plans
• Collaborate closely with your Sales Manager to refine strategies and exceed objectives

Qualifications :

What You Bring

• Proven track record of success in a commercial role within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry (minimum 3 years) with experience in the Porto territory
• Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Solid understanding of the Portuguese healthcare system and compliance environment
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with credibility among healthcare professionals
• A proactive customer-centric mindset with strong networking abilities
• Proficiency in digital tools and MS Office
• Fluency in Portuguese and English
