Job Summary
As a Medical Representative you will play a vital role in driving business growth while positioning our portfolio as a trusted choice within the healthcare community. You will be responsible for delivering commercial success across your territory by achieving sales objectives strengthening product positioning and building long-term partnerships with healthcare professionals. Your impact goes beyond salesyou shape perception trust and value.
What Youll Do
- Design and execute smart territory plans ensuring optimal coverage and frequency of target clients
- Deliver impactful insight-driven product presentations that lead to recommendation and prescription
- Build strong trust-based relationships with clinicians pharmacists and key stakeholders
- Continuously adapt your approach by understanding customer needs and market dynamics
- Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities to strengthen our positioning
- Maintain accurate and timely reporting translating insights into actionable plans
- Collaborate closely with your Sales Manager to refine strategies and exceed objectives
Qualifications :
What You Bring
- Proven track record of success in a commercial role within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry (minimum 3 years) with experience in the Porto territory
- Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Solid understanding of the Portuguese healthcare system and compliance environment
- Excellent communication and influencing skills with credibility among healthcare professionals
- A proactive customer-centric mindset with strong networking abilities
- Proficiency in digital tools and MS Office
- Fluency in Portuguese and English
