At iSelect customers come to us already looking for health insurance advice. Your role is to lead structured meaningful conversations understand customer needs and confidently recommend the right solutions.

No sales experience needed. With paid training handson coaching and a clear process to follow we set you up to succeed from day one.

What youll earn

• $70000 base incl. super from day one
• $75000 base incl. super after 6 months
• Uncapped monthly commission (paid on top of base)
• 6monthly salary reviews with progression up to $110K base
• Top performers earn $200K OTE
• Optional paid overtime available with applicable penalty rates

Your daytoday:

• Speak with customers already interested in health insurance
• Ask the right questions to understand what matters to them
• Follow a clear sales process that shows you exactly what to do
• Recommend health cover in a helpful confident and compliant way
• Build your skills confidence and earnings with coaching and feedback
• Be part of a supportive competitive team that celebrates wins togethe

You dont need previous sales experience but you *do* need the right mindset.

Youre someone who:

• Is motivated by results and longterm earning potential
• Enjoys learning skills feedback and improving performance over time
• Is comfortable working toward clear goals in a phone-based role
• Communicates confidently and asks great questions
• Brings a positive competitive mindset while supporting team success
• Values collaboration shared wins and learning from others

Backgrounds in retail hospitality customer service call centres or graduates are encouraged to apply.
