Responsibilities
Review and moderate online content
Ensure compliance with platform policies and guidelines
Identify and remove inappropriate or harmful content
Maintain accuracy and quality standards
Contribute to a safe user experience
Requirements
Romanian: native or fluent
English: B2
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Availability for rotating shifts
Willingness to work on-site in Porto
No prior experience required
Working Schedule
24/7 rotational shifts (Monday to Sunday)
Shift patterns:
- 07:00 16:00
- 14:00 23:00
- 22:30 07:30
On-site role (100%)
Salary & Benefits
Base Salary: 1000 14 months
Meal allowance: 7.63 per working day
Accommodation provided for candidates relocating from outside Portugal
