Russian Speakers Wanted

We are looking for a C2 Russian speaker to join an international Customer Support team in Bucharest. This is an on-site role where you will provide high-quality customer service and support to users in a fast-paced international environment.

• Provide customer support in Russian via chat email or phone
• Assist customers with inquiries account issues and service-related requests

• Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently

Requirements:

• C2 level Russian proficiency
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a customer support environment
• Ability to work on-site in Bucharest
• Responsible disciplined and detail-oriented mindset
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus
