Job Summary

This is a remote position.

For Applicants who reside and are authorized to work in Romania.

This is a full time US hours 8:30AM - 5:00PM EST (3:30PM - 12:00AM RO).
Assist our Licensed Service Agents with quote requests for adding drivers and units to existing policies.
Follow our proven service process to offer our existing bilingual customers the best individualized customer service and policy changes according to their needs.
Gather verify and input client driver and vehicle information.
Keep accurate information for all customers within the CRM database adhering to company quality and compliance standards.
Maintaining a positive empathetic and professional attitude toward customers always.
Communicate with clients to obtain missing information and provide status updates.
Support licensed agents with general administrative and policy support tasks
Ensure customer satisfaction and keep records of customer interactions comments and complaints.
Maintain organized and accurate policy documentation.
Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

Requirements

Must speak and write the Romanian fluently.
Comprehension of the English language is a must (written/verbal).
Problem solving & Multi-tasking skills.
PC Skills including MS Office are required; having a technology-oriented attitude is preferred.
Higher education is a plus.
Customer service experience preferred
Proactive team member effective collaborator and proactive mindset is a must.
Ability to organize tasks effectively manage time be results-driven and capable of working to tight deadlines.
