About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative fluent in Spanish and with B2-level English to join our sales team. You will play a key role in generating leads qualifying prospects and supporting the growth of our business in the tech and digital advertising space.

This is a hybrid role offering flexibility to work from home and the office in Sofia.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and outreach to identify potential clients
• Qualify leads and prioritize opportunities for account executives
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive pipeline growth
• Continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge

Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish and English (B2 minimum)
• Minimum 2 years of cold calling sales experience preferably in tech or digital advertising
• Strong understanding of business development lead generation and qualification methodologies
• EU citizenship refugee card or valid Bulgarian residency card (valid for more than 1 year)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated target-driven and proactive

• Advance salary of 1056 BGN deducted in 3 equal monthly installments of 352 BGN
