You will shape how IT controls operate across a complex global enterprisepartnering directly with IT Finance Controllership and Audit leadership to drive SOX excellence risk reduction and operational integrity.

What Youll Own:

• Design implement and continuously improve IT General Controls (ITGCs) across access change management and IT operations
• Lead SOX control strategy documentation and audit readiness (risk/control matrices SOPs evidence collection)
• Partner with IT and Finance to ensure alignment between business process controls and ITGC frameworks
• Drive deficiency remediationroot cause analysis through sustainable closure
• Advise on SOX implications of new systems integrations and technology changes
• Serve as a key liaison with internal/external auditors and executive stakeholders
• Influence and elevate control maturity governance and compliance culture

What You Bring:

• 5 years designing implementing and testing SOX-relevant ITGCs
• Current or prior Manager-level experience
• Strong command of access controls change management and IT operations controls
• Experience partnering with audit controllership and IT leadership
• Ability to translate complex controls into clear executable frameworks

Highly Valued:

• Big 4 experience
• Certifications: CISA CPA CISSP CISM or CRISC
• Experience in manufacturing or complex enterprise environments
