Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Statistical Analyst to join our remote this role you will be responsible for analyzing data applying statistical methods and generating insights that support strategic decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to interpret complex datasets and deliver actionable recommendations that drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Interpretation

* Collect clean and analyze large datasets using statistical techniques.

* Apply descriptive inferential and predictive statistical methods to identify trends and patterns.

* Perform hypothesis testing regression analysis and variance analysis.

Reporting & Visualization

* Develop dashboards reports and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.

* Translate complex data insights into clear business-friendly recommendations.

* Present analysis results to stakeholders and leadership teams.

Statistical Modeling & Tools

* Build and validate statistical models to support forecasting and decision-making.

* Utilize tools such as Python R SQL SAS or SPSS for data analysis.

* Ensure data integrity accuracy and reproducibility of results.

Collaboration & Business Support

* Work with business units data engineers and analysts to define data requirements.

* Support decision-making through data-driven insights and scenario analysis.

* Assist in developing data strategies and improving analytical processes.

Required Qualifications

* Bachelors or Masters degree in Statistics Mathematics Data Science Economics or a related field

* 2 years of experience in statistical analysis data analysis or a related role

* Proficiency in statistical tools such as Python R SQL SAS or SPSS

* Strong understanding of statistical methods probability and data modeling

* Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI)

* Excellent analytical problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

* Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex findings clearly

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in healthcare finance marketing analytics or research environments

* Familiarity with machine learning techniques and predictive modeling

* Knowledge of big data tools or cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP)

* Experience with A/B testing and experimental design

* Certification in data analytics or statistics is a plus
