ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking a talented Google Ads Onboarding Account Manager to join our clients team in this role you will be responsible for onboarding new clients managing customer relationships and driving success through strategic account management. You will work in a dynamic goal-oriented environment where your expertise in sales marketing and client-facing communication will be essential to delivering impactful results.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Onboard new clients to Google Ads platform and ensure successful implementation
Manage and nurture customer relationships to drive satisfaction and retention
Improve and optimize CRM systems to enhance customer experience
Integrate AI tools into daily workflows to increase efficiency
Analyze market trends and conduct competitor analysis
Develop strategic solutions to meet client needs and business objectives
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including GDPR and data privacy standards
Deliver presentations and communicate effectively with clients
Work independently while collaborating with internal teams to achieve targets
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
BA/BS degree (MA/MSc in Marketing or Communications preferred) OR equivalent work experience
C2 level of German and English
2 years experience in sales and/or marketing with client-facing experience
Demonstrated ability to work independently and deliver impactful results
Strong experience managing customer relationships and improving CRM systems
Regularly integrates AI tools into workflows
Excellent communication skills
Thrives in goal-oriented environment
Strong written and verbal presentation skills
Self-motivated and proactive
Solid business acumen and ability to analyze market trends
Skilled in competitor analysis
Strong customer focus
German market understanding and cultural awareness
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Relationship building with key stakeholders
Understanding of digital marketing ecosystem
Regulatory knowledge (GDPR)
Data privacy awareness
