Job Summary

DEALER PRINCIPAL AUTOMOTIVE RETAIL GROUP

Johannesburg Gauteng

A well-established automotive retail group is seeking an experienced Dealer Principal to take full leadership of a high-performing passenger vehicle dealership.

This role is responsible for the overall operational leadership performance and growth of the dealership ensuring strong alignment with OEM standards group expectations and customer service excellence.

The successful candidate will be a proven dealership leader with the ability to manage all departments within a franchised passenger vehicle environment and drive sustainable business performance.

Minimum Requirements

Matric (Grade 12) essential
Tertiary qualification in Business Management or related field (advantageous)
Minimum 3 years experience as a Dealer Principal within a franchised passenger vehicle dealership
Strong OEM dealership experience (passenger vehicles essential)
Proven ability to manage full dealership operations including sales aftersales parts and F&I
Strong understanding of OEM standards compliance and dealership processes
Track record of leading teams and improving dealership performance
