About the Role
We are currently hiring a Customer Service Representative for an exciting Cruise Line project. This role is ideal for Danish-speaking candidates who enjoy helping customers and want to work in an international and dynamic environment within the travel and hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities
Provide customer support in Danish via phone email and/or chat
Assist customers with inquiries related to cruise bookings services and travel information
Handle customer issues efficiently while ensuring high satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Follow company procedures and quality standards
Collaborate with internal teams when needed
Requirements
Fluency in Danish (C1/C2 level)
Good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a structured way
Basic computer skills
Previous experience in customer service is a plus
What We Offer
Base salary paid over 14 months
Performance bonus: 150 (paid over 11 months)
