About the Role
We are currently hiring a Customer Service Representative for an exciting Cruise Line project. This role is ideal for Danish-speaking candidates who enjoy helping customers and want to work in an international and dynamic environment within the travel and hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support in Danish via phone email and/or chat
- Assist customers with inquiries related to cruise bookings services and travel information
- Handle customer issues efficiently while ensuring high satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Follow company procedures and quality standards
- Collaborate with internal teams when needed
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish (C1/C2 level)
- Good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a structured way
- Basic computer skills
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus

- Base salary paid over 14 months
- Performance bonus: 150 (paid over 11 months)
