About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a dynamic project in the automotive digital services sector. In this role you will support customers by providing high-quality assistance related to automotive products and digital platforms.
This is a fully remote position but candidates must already be residing in Portugal as relocation is not offered.
Responsibilities
Provide customer support in Czech and English via phone email and/or chat
Assist customers with inquiries related to automotive services and digital platforms
Resolve issues efficiently while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Follow company procedures and service standards
Collaborate with internal teams when necessary
Requirements
Fluency in Czech (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 or higher)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities
Basic computer skills and ability to navigate digital tools
Previous experience in customer support (preferred but not mandatory)
Must be currently residing in Portugal
