About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a dynamic project in the automotive digital services sector. In this role you will support customers by providing high-quality assistance related to automotive products and digital platforms.
This is a fully remote position but candidates must already be residing in Portugal as relocation is not offered.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer support in Czech and English via phone email and/or chat
- Assist customers with inquiries related to automotive services and digital platforms
- Resolve issues efficiently while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Follow company procedures and service standards
- Collaborate with internal teams when necessary
Requirements
- Fluency in Czech (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 or higher)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer skills and ability to navigate digital tools
- Previous experience in customer support (preferred but not mandatory)
- Must be currently residing in Portugal
