ABOUT THE ROLE: Join a local airline support team in Malta assisting German-speaking customers with travel-related enquiries and bookings across a 7-day operation.

WHAT YOU WILL DO: Handle customer contacts in German via phone email and chat Assist with flight information bookings and travel queries Provide clear and professional support in line with quality standards Escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal teams

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Fluent German speaker Good English skills Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication skills EU ID / Residence Card / Work Permit Visa
