THE POSITION:
Hands on planning supervisingand managing the food production and menu based catering onsite
Responsible for stock control budgets weekly reporting and staff mentoring and training
Building and leveraging positive customer and client relationships to achieve our partnership objectives
Manage finances within a budget & maintain efficient operations across multi services
Ensure contract compliance is met and understanding of the scope of work required (includingall OH&S compliance)
THE PERSON:
Minimum Cert IV Commercial Cookery qualification
Thorough understanding of allergens and Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (mandatory)
Good understanding of the NSW healthy eating framework
Menu creation and costing
Strong people management skills & ability to deliver a high standard of customer focused service - this is also a client facing role
Contract management experience highly regarded
Intermediate computer/Microsoft office skills
* The successful applicant will be required to hold or obtain a Working with Children Check
