Job Summary
Essential Job Functions
Proactively monitor the operations reports such as the Corporate Performance & KPI performance;
Meet the companys metrics and KPIs;
Analytical review of all customers warehouse and shipment cargo status as RTP (release to pack) Received not MR OSND and customers shipment status to improve KPI and update the system as per company requirement;
Pricing knowledge to build and analyses proposals based on the customer needs and market available alternatives to act and provide solutions when needed;
Perform documentation analysis Invoice packing list HAWB/HBL reflecting special customs regimes requirements when needed;
Active follow-up of processes and customer service management through the procedure found on the customer SOP;
Key operational and support function for clients. Primary point of contact for specific client or group of clients.
Other Skills & Abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Outlook PowerPoint Word etc.).
We are looking for a person studying or with a higher education degree in International Business Administration.
Advanced English.
