Job Summary:

This role provides daytoday executive support to the Chief Risk Officer as well as broader administrative support to the Risk & Compliance team. The position also works closely with other Administration staff across the business to support companywide initiatives and ensure effective coordination and delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide highquality executive and administrative support to the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) and broader Risk & Compliance leadership team.

  • Coordinate Board and Committee activities in partnership with Company Secretariat including scheduling collation of papers and key deadlines (including the annual Board Risk Workshop).

  • Proactively manage the CROs diary inbox correspondence and priorities to maximise time efficiency and follow up on key actions.

  • Draft presentations communications and materials on behalf of the CRO ensuring accuracy and professionalism.

  • Maintain Risk & Compliance documentation and information repositories including SharePoint and Board materials.

  • Support team efficiency through process improvement travel and expense management and stakeholder coordination.

  • Organise team forums offsites and engagement activities and support adhoc initiatives as required.

Requirements:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) with the ability to quickly adopt new systems and technology.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a professional personal presentation and confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels.

  • Experience producing executive correspondence presentations briefing papers and meeting minutes.

  • Strong attention to detail including the ability to conduct background research and present accurate wellstructured information.

  • Highly developed time management organisational and problemsolving skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines.

  • High level of discretion integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

  • Strong interpersonal influencing and negotiation skills with the ability to build trustbased internal and external relationships.

  • Emotionally intelligent adaptable and able to tailor communication style to achieve effective outcomes.

  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively as part of a broader team.
