Job Summary

Were looking for someone to deliver an exceptional customer experienceby helping clients understand and enjoy their new vehicle.
What Youll Do:
- Walk customers through their new vehicle features (Bluetooth navigation safety tech apps)
- Create a fun stress-free delivery experience
- Follow up to ensure customers feel confident using their vehicle
- Be the go-to expert for vehicle technology
What This Job Is NOT:
- No cold calling
- No negotiating
- No sales pressure
What Were Looking For:
- Tech-savvy (Apple smartphones apps etc.)
- Great personality and communication skills
- Patient and good at teaching others
- Retail hospitality or customer service experience is a plus
