Project Coordinator Pickerings Hire

  • 33K per annum
  • Full time office based role
  • 40 hours per week - 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday

We design and supply solutions to a diverse customer base including schools needing extra classrooms commercial businesses needing additional office space and construction sites needing a complex of offices and welfare facilities.

The Role

Reporting to our National Construction Manager and based at our Head Office in Measham Derbyshire as Project Coordinator youll play a significantly important role in the successful delivery of modular building projects.
Youll assist in the planning and initiation of project schedules and the identification and coordination of associated resources.

After a projects initiation youll monitor its progress and ensure changes are recorded and communicated to the construction team to keep the project running smoothly.

Throughout a project youll also schedule and attend meetings with the projects stakeholders to record minutes risks and issues and coordinate and track completion of action points.

About You

Youll have experience of project control planning and performance reporting ideally gained from the construction industry.

Youll be well organised and have excellent administrative skills to be able to set up and maintain accurate project schedules reports and control of documents along with being tenacious to ensure project milestones are met.
Youll be able to communicate effectively and professionally over the telephone and in e-mails to establish and maintain positive and effective relationships with customers senior management and project delivery teams.
