Agora is entering its next phase of growth and were looking for a hands-on sales leader to build and scale our revenue engine.
As VP of Global Sales youll own everything related to revenue execution from pipeline generation to closing to expansion. Youll lead a growing team across SDRs AEs sales leadership and enablement and help us evolve from a high-velocity SMB/mid-market motion into a more mature multi-segment SaaS organization (including enterprise).
This is a builder role. You wont just manage a team youll shape how we sell.
What Youll Do
Own and drive ARR growth across SMB mid-market and emerging enterprise segments
Build a predictable scalable revenue engine with strong pipeline and conversion discipline
Improve AE productivity quota attainment and overall sales efficiency
Scale and lead the sales org (SDRs AEs Sales Engineering Enablement leadership)
Hire develop and coach high-performing sales leaders
Establish best-in-class forecasting and pipeline visibility
Build and refine our enterprise sales motion and playbooks
Partner closely with Marketing on pipeline generation and ICP focus
Work with Product to bring market feedback into roadmap and positioning
Collaborate with Customer Success to drive expansion and upsell across the customer base

Requirements:
1015 years of B2B SaaS sales leadership experience
Proven track record scaling high-growth SaaS companies
Deep experience in high-velocity sales environments (SDR-driven pipeline strong AE productivity)
Experience building and managing multi-layered sales orgs
Strong enterprise sales background
Ability to be onsite at our NYC Chelsea office 3-4 times/week
Data-driven operationally strong and comfortable going deep into the funnel
A builder who thrives in fast-moving founder-led environments
Nice to Have
Experience working with Israeli founders or global teams
Background in vertical SaaS (real estate fintech financial tools)
