Job Title: Internship Project Operations

Job Location: Düsseldorf Germany

Main Responsibilities:

In this role you will be supporting the Project Management Team on projects with well-known brands in the telecommunication sector. We are looking for a passionate team member who will be able to join the team full time for a 6-months internship handling following tasks:

• Assist in all phases of project planning and development ensuring smooth coordination and execution of project milestones

• Contribute to various project tasks including quality management digitalization initiatives and project delivery support

• Actively participate in the review and management of project activities ensuring alignment with objectives and timelines

• Identify opportunities for process optimization and address any bottlenecks or challenges to maintain project efficiency

• Support documentation processes including review organization and transfer of project-related materials

• Provide organizational assistance to the project team helping to ensure the timely completion of project milestones and deliverables

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in Bachelor/Masters degree in Business Administration Industrial- or Electrical Engineering as well as other domain-related disciplines

• Experience in project management preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills openness for an international environment and Chinese business culture

• Team player attitude with willingness to grow and learn

Language requirements:

• Fluency in English and German (C1-C2) mandatory
