Commercial Assistant / Sales administrator

Mission
This role interacts with both Commercial and Operational Teams. Support Sales Managers in customer service and administrative processes in order to guarantee service to customers and increase the profitability in the relevant department. The position holder is also responsible for processing customer sales orders and managing the process through to delivery ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty through operational expertise.
Main Accountabilities
- Act as direct point of contact for customers
- Prepare sales prices for the Sales Managers where needed
- Follow-up on customer satisfaction
- Prepare monthly sales statistics
- Manage customer requests for samples local and intercompany and follow-up
- Ensure best-in-class customer engagement through optimal usage of the CRM system (Dynamics 365) and the integration of the different IT systems
- Ensure pricelist update and customer communication alert and discuss price issues at customers with the sales managers
- Ensure clear communication to customers and the internal organization on product specifications
- Ensure correct and timely customer sales order processing
- Ensure information flow to other team-members. Provide regular feedback to Key Users of the Azelis ERP system to enable operational excellence efficiency and effectiveness.
- Follow-up on customers and customers purchasing behavior detecting opportunities developing commercial relationship
- Review amendments and non-conformances daily
- Translate the Groups Sustainability Strategy into concrete job-related action items and contribute actively and timely to the implementation of the sustainability KPIs
Experience Skills & Education
- 3-5 years working experience in similar role
- Bachelors degree in Business Operations Supply Chain Management or other related field preferred
- Commercial entrepreneurial and dynamic mindset
- Fluent in English speaking and writing
- Passionate about achieving goals/targets
- Understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Strong relationship building communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Teamplayer but with the ability to work independently
- Ability to adapt to new & changing requirements and a flexible approach to working under pressure
