Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect engage and qualify B2B leads through outbound phone and email
- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline through structured lead generation
- Schedule discovery calls and demos for Account Executives
- Research target companies and personalise outreach to decision-makers
- Track all activity and outcomes accurately in CRM platforms
- Share feedback from prospects to help improve messaging and strategy
What Were Looking For:
- Italian at native or near-native level; English at B2 or above
- 2 years of outbound B2B cold calling experience (mandatory)
- Familiarity with business development SaaS or ad tech sales
- Driven by KPIs comfortable with targets and regular performance reviews
- Positive resilient and a natural communicator
