In this role you will be a HR Director for a client in the manufacturing/distribution industry. This role is responsible for to provide leadership and strategic direction for all HR functions across the organization.
This is a direct hire role that must be performed on-site.
Job Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in HR or Business a requirement
7 years of experience as a HR Director
Must have a background in strategic leadership
Must have a background in Manufacturing or Distribution
Strong background in compensation design performance management compliance and change management
Must have a background with HRIS platforms and data-driven reporting
Background in Change Management and Corporate Communications
Payroll Benefits Systems & Administration background
Compliance Risk and Reporting background- must be able to do compliance reporting including: EEO-1 CA Pay Data wage reporting 401K audit support OSHA DOL and EEOC requirements
Talent Performance and Development experience
Compensation incentives and workforce planning experience
Background with Strategic Leadership and Governance
Limited travel but about 20-25% a year
