We are looking for a HR Generalist (m/f/d) to support and develop our HR processes across the Thermoheat Group. This is a part-time position (2025 hours/week).

Your Role
You will take ownership of both operational HR tasks and strategic HR initiatives working closely with management to strengthen our organization and people development.
Key Responsibilities
HR Strategy & Policies
Develop and improve HR policies across the group
Ensure compliance with Dutch and EU labor law
Support HR projects and organizational development initiatives
Operational HR Management
Advise management on HR-related topics
Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes
Coordinate onboarding and employee development programs
Maintain job descriptions compensation structures and performance processes
Collaborate with international teams (e.g. Portugal)
HR Administration
Maintain employee records contracts and HR systems
Support payroll preparation with external providers
Manage absences (vacation sick leave etc.)
Prepare HR reports (headcount turnover KPIs)
Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries
Your Profile
Degree in Human Resources Business Administration or similar
Minimum 2 years of HR experience (HR Generalist or similar role)
Knowledge of labor law (NL/EU preferred)
Experience with MS Office and HR systems
Fluent in English and Dutch
