About the Role
7 Air is seeking a First Officer (Pilot) to support flight operations and assist the Captain in safely transporting this role you will play a key part in ensuring safe efficient and on-time flights while maintaining compliance with FAA regulations and company procedures.

What Youll Do
- Assist the Captain in all phases of flight operations
- Help ensure safe operation of cargo aircraft during takeoff flight and landing
- Conduct pre-flight inspections to confirm aircraft readiness
- Monitor weather conditions and support flight planning decisions
- Communicate with Flight Followers crew members and ground personnel
- Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company procedures
- Monitor flight duty and rest requirements (Part 121)
- Coordinate with ground crews for proper cargo loading and unloading
- Maintain situational awareness and assist in decision-making during flight
- Participate in training and ongoing professional development
- Maintain professionalism and adherence to company policies at all times
Qualifications
What Were Looking For
- Valid FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate
- Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate
- Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and flight operations
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Good decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced high-responsibility environment
- Must be able to complete company training and maintain qualifications
- Must be under 65 years of age (FAA requirement)
- Previous cargo or commercial flight experience preferred
